Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Operating Edge ("we," "us") collects through operatingedge.ai and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, role, revenue range, what is prompting your inquiry, a description of your situation, and optionally your accounting system and how you found us. We also record the date and time of the submission and, where available, the referring link that brought you to the site.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your information only to review and respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection through Turnstile, form storage, and analytics) and Resend (delivering form notifications to our inbox). Our business email runs on Google Workspace. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for responding to you and managing any resulting relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we are working together.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing andrew.tomarchio@operatingedge.ai.
